My choice of free website templates will obviously be the one below. I have been to this site like numerous times and still could get useful templates from them.

Very attractive, easy and customized templates
You do not have to register nor provide any information to them.
You find a variety of templates, every template is so well built and very easy to use.
Once downloading the webiste, all you need to do is, change it as you want and use it.
The best thing is After downloading the templates they dont force any links
